AUTUMN GRAHAM (SHE/HER) Licensed Electrologist OR. Over 3 years of hands-on experience, trained numerous electrologists to mastery, managed an electrolysis clinic of over a dozen electrologists for over a year. "I came to electrolysis after finishing my degree in biochemistry. I spent time in a lab, then worked as a phlebotomist. It was there that I discovered I wanted to be close to the people I help and see first hand my impact. Electrolysis was the perfect work for me to get to know my clients and feel fulfilled. I'm happiest with the slow, precise cases other people have given up on."

Our Safety Standards

We work on Apilus XCELL 27.12 MHz, which does thermolysis, blend, and galvanic. It's the same category of equipment most serious clinics use, and it lets us clear hair quickly enough that your appointment is spent treating rather than fiddling. We chose the table and chair for the same reason: two hours is a long time to lie still, and the wrong table makes it longer.

Everything that touches you is either single-use or fully sterilized between clients. Probes are disposable, one client, then straight into a sharps container. Reusable instruments go through ultrasonic enzymatic soak and autoclave. We spore-test the sterilizers on schedule and keep the log — Washington requires three years of documentation and we keep ours longer.

Washington sets these standards under WAC 246-145 but doesn't license electrologists. We are licensed in Oregon, where there are high standards for clinical safety protocols, and we run the room the way we were trained. Ask to see the log. We'd rather show you.

Aftercare instructions are included.

If you want to know what a setting does or why we're using a particular modality on your chin and a different one on your neck, ask. We like those questions.

How We Work

We give you a real number. At your consultation we'll estimate total hours and total cost for the area you want treated. That number might be larger than you were hoping for. We'd rather you hear it from us on day one than discover it in month eight.

We don't oversell. If laser would get you further faster, or if your hair situation would be better handled somewhere else, we'll say so. We refer out regularly.

We keep proper records. Every session is documented — areas treated, settings, time, and how your skin responded. It makes your treatment better, and it means we can produce documentation if your insurance ever needs it.

Sterilization protocol. Safety of all parties is the top priority. Sterilization & disinfection takes place after each guest on all surfaces & equipment used.

We're a small practice on purpose. You'll see the same person each time. Your electrologist will remember where you left off.
